The Trustees of the TDHG are very pleased to announce that they will be hosting a special in-person Commemorative Lecture to mark the many achievements of the late Derek Morris (1932-2024).

The Commemorative Lecture will be given Dr. Catherine Scheybeler, entitled: Intrigue and Espionage in Rotherhithe: Spain’s illicit recruitment of British shipwrights in 1749. It will delve deep into what is a very little- known aspect of London’s 18th century port history.
